 BEEF BIRYANI RECIPE


Marination Fixings:

500 gm steak - ideally back end steak or filet, cubed
1/2 cup new plain yogurt, whipped
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Oil
1 piled tsp. Garlic paste
1 piled tsp. Ginger paste
1 tbsp. Tomato purée/paste
1 tsp. Entire jeera/cumin
1 tsp. Touch of saffron
red stew powder/bean stew chips
5 dark pepper
2 cloves
2 cardamom
juice of a portion of a lemon
2 tbsp. Hacked coriander
1 green stew, hacked
1 sound leaf
1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder

Masala Fixings:

4 tbsp. Oil
4 onions, cut and seared until brilliant, then, at that point, squashed
3 tomatoes, cubed
1/4 tsp. Garlic glue
1/4 tsp. Ginger glue
1 cinnamon stick
2 green stews, cleaved
1/4 cup new plain yogurt, whipped
1 tbsp. Tomato purée/glue
1 tsp. Sugar (to cut the corrosiveness from the tomatoes)
2 1/2 - 3 cups water
4 potatoes, stripped and quartered, then broiled until delicate
salt to taste

Elements for Rice:

2 cups rice, long grain basmati (wash/flush the rice well and afterward absorb water for 30 minutes)
2 cardamom units
1 cinnamon sticks
2 cloves
4 tbsp oil
a couple of strands of saffron as well as orange food shading (absorb the saffron some warm water and blend the food shading in a touch of water)
salt on a case by case basis

Recipe:

Blend the steak 3D squares with the remainder of the marination fixings and permit marinating for something like 2 hours or up to expedite.

Heat the oil in a pot, add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and oil starts to isolate from them. Add the ginger and garlic glue, trailed by the cinnamon stick and slashed green chilies and cook the combination for a couple of moments then, at that point, add the marinated steak. Broil on high intensity for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, blend the yogurt in with the squashed seared onions, tomato purée, sugar and 1 tsp. Salt. Empty this combination into the container and cook until the sauce is dry. Add the water, turn the intensity down to low and cover the pot. Permit to stew and cook delicately for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is delicate and the sauce is thick.

Taste and change salt and zest. Add the broiled potatoes and give it a blend.


Rice Recipe:

Carry a major pot of water to bubble, add salt, cardamom cases, cinnamon stick and cloves in addition to 2 tbsp of oil.

Channel the pre-splashed rice and add it to this water when it is bubbling. Cook until the rice is about practically finished and afterward strain out all the water.

Set the rice back into the unfilled skillet and sprinkle a modest bunch of broiled onions and some slashed new coriander. Then sprinkle around 2 tbsp. Of oil and the saffron water over the rice. Add the food shading on one side and stir it up a piece with a spoon and afterward cover the pot firmly. Steam this on low intensity for 15 minutes or put in a 180 C preheated broiler for about a similar time.

Serve hot, finished off with hamburger masala/sauce and embellished with additional broiled onions, cleaved coriander leaves and slashed green chilies!
