Notwithstanding standard thinking, Indian halwa is striking comparing to Center Eastern halva, which is a candy made basically from sesame seeds

Halwa is a yummy sweet that is held for celebratory events. It is easy to make, yet it will generally require a sprinkle of hypothesis.

What is Carrot Halwa?

Carrot halwa is a prominent sweet made in North India, and it is particularly notable during winters. The standard gajar ka halwa recipe is made with just carrots, entire (full-fat) milk, ghee and sugar; there's no essential for khoya (vanished milk solids) or thick milk.
