3 tsp Kashmiri Red Stew Powder

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

1/2 tsp Dark Pepper Powder

1 Onion (Cubed)

1 Capsicum

Instructions to Make Chicken Tikka:


1.

Add the elements for the main marinade in a bowl and blend well.

2.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or short-term.

3.

Add the elements for the second marinade in the bowl and blend well.

4.

Save the marinated chicken to the side for 30 minutes.

5.

Preheat the broiler to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

String the marinated chicken in the sticks alongside onion and capsicum.

7.

Line the sticks on a foil lined baking plate.

8.

Barbecue for 10-12 minutes and afterward turn the sticks.

9.

Barbecue for another 10-12 minutes.

10.

Increment the stove temperature to 420 Degrees F and cook the sticks for 3-4 minutes until they are marginally scorched.
