What is a Karahi?

I've kept an eye on this at more length in my Chicken Karahi recipe, yet will give up a quick complete here.

A Karahi is the name of a wok-like cooking dish used in South Asia - its helpful when you really want to cook something that has a lot of blending action due to its shape.

At any rate the dish in which its cooked isn't its most describing feature. A Karahi is a tomato, ginger and garlic profound curry which by and large isn't cooked with onions or yogurt, as opposed to most various curries.

On the web, you will find relatively few Karahi recipes which don't utilize onions or yogurt. All through the long haul, the traditional Karahi has been changed to suit the different dhabas and bistros it is served at commonly in making it more affordable by developing the masala with onions, which are considerably less costly than tomatoes. Along these lines, a considerable number individuals have integrated onions into their home-cooked Karahi recipes without truly understanding this isn't the ordinary way.
